Why are your fragrances so cheap?
We focus on the fragrance itself. No luxurious bottle, no special packaging, no expensive shops & no expensive influencer deals allow you to smell luxurious without breaking the bank.
How long do your fragrances last?
Thanks to our high concentration of 20%, your KAZAAR fragrance can be smelled on your skin for up to 12 hours. Some fragrances last longer, some less. This also depends on your skin type. One thing is guaranteed: KAZAAR fragrances smell more luxurious than standard drugstore fragrances.
How long does shipping take?
It usually takes 2-3 days after payment is received, i.e., when the payment is considered "paid", until your package arrives.
Do you offer returns?
Swiss law applies to our business, meaning there is no 14-day right of withdrawal. Due to our hygiene regulations, we do not accept opened products that are returned without a valid reason.
What if I don't like the scent?
You can also order one of our tester kits. With it, you can test 5 different fragrances, each in 5ml bottles.
